It was easy to enter: just send us your name, address and email. One giveaway entry per person please (see further rules below).

1. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to residents of the U.S., 18 years of age and older as of the beginning of 2008, except employees of My Wedding Hero, LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, persons living in the same household, and the families of each. Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

2. RANDOM DRAWING and PRIZE AWARD PROCESS: A random drawing will be held the morning of April 28, 2008 to determine the winner. We will announce the winner on our website and will attempt to notify the winner by email later that same week. Once the winner is contacted, officers of My Wedding Hero will send a Winners Agreement and Release form (by email or standard mail according to the winners preference) which the winner must sign and return (by email or standard mail according to the winners preference) before delivery of prize can be scheduled. Once a signed copy of the Winners Agreement and Release form is received the prize will be scheduled for standard ground delivery. Prize: Wedding Binder / Organizer, One-year subscription to My Wedding Hero, $335.00 total value.

• 12 months subscription to My Wedding Hero online wedding planning software (additional months available at $15 per month).

3. GENERAL: By participating in this promotion, entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final in all matters relating to the giveaway. Potential winners must sign any required Winner’s Agreement and Release within 14 days of attempted delivery. If any prize notification is undeliverable, or in the event of non-compliance with any of these requirements, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. Winner will be notified by email on or about April 28th, 2008. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted. All taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. Acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission to use winner’s name and/or likeness for advertising/trade purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Giveaway winner agrees to send a quote to be displayed on the “Winners” section of future My Wedding Hero web site promotions in order to receive the prize. If, in the judges opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with any portion of the giveaway, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the giveaway, the judges reserve the right to void suspect entries and/or terminate the giveaway and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of termination. My Wedding Hero, LLC reserves the right to discontinue the contest at any time with no prior notice. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

INDEMNIFICATION AND RELEASE: By participating in the sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to release and hold My Wedding Hero, LLC, and its parents, affiliates and subsidiaries, and their respective employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, either directly or indirectly related to or arising from the sweepstakes or from acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of any prize. Each entrant further acknowledges that such parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the sweepstakes or any prize, including but not limited to its quality or fitness for a particular purpose.
