1. Make a Budget - No matter how extensive your budget is, you need to make sure that you make one. Even people who have an unlimited budget know what they are able to spend. The main thing is to keep track of what is going where. This is something that needs to be done early in the planning process. Before you start looking for photographers, reception sites, caterers or flowers, you need to know how much you can spend. This will really help during your search for each piece of your special day.
2. Date and Time of Day mean everything - When deciding on your wedding date and time take into consideration what type wedding you want to have. Formal weddings are usually later in the day. Casual ones are earlier. The later in the day, the heavier the food served. Earlier weddings are mean lighter hors d’oeurvres and later weddings are sit down dinners.
