You’ve heard the old saying about spring fever? You know, you’re either antsy to get out and do something or you’re full of procrastination and general “I don’t care to work” restlessness. Yep, sounds like Spring to me. Either way you go, I’m sure you Spring Brides will still have everything coming up roses - eventually!
Spring weddings put me in the “soft” frame of mind. I think if I was chosing a spring wedding, I’d love the paler shades of blue, green, pink, even yellow. Not all together, mind you, I wouldn’t want to look like an Easter basket! (Although, if you’re getting married close to Easter, using baskets for your floral centerpieces would be lovely)
Garden weddings are perfect for Spring - unless you happen to be in a part of the country where Spring means mostly April showers - from March through May. Roses are a suited to spring weddings since they do come in so many colors, but with the wealth of early blooms, you might want to pick something different. Wildflowers? Peonies? Something uniquely regional? Certainly nothing says you have to go pastel. Just look at the vibrant shades above.
So if you’re a bride feverish about your Spring wedding and need Spring-centered ideas, consider these:
