Post-Thanksgiving Wedding Activity

Bride Fitness

We hope everyone had a wonderful holiday with lots of fun and plus some money-saving shopping last week! So what’s a bride-to-be going to do now that Thanksgiving is over (aside from shopping)? Our first thought - work outs! And to show we’re not alone in that thinking, see this post at PortlandOrDailyPhoto at Blogspot! Well, of course! We’re all working off that extra helping of pie or, in my case, the Nilla Tiramisu we tried for the first time!

This is a long, round about way for me to get to the point of this post - Fitness and Health! I think we’ve all indulged or over-indulged a time or two - holidays, special events, weddings! :) So if this holiday threw a small wrench into your fitness regime or your eventual wedding date goal weight - don’t beat yourself up! Get back on the wagon (or treadmill as the case may be) and make an extra round.

It is also a great time to reevaluate where you are with your pre-wedding fitness goals or any health goals for that matter. I’m not saying you have to lay out a strict activity list. Indeed, some of us (the author points to herself), abhor the idea of a “must-do” activity.

If you find you’re rather bored, revamp! Take a look at Workoutsforyou.com and Brides.com for more ideas.
