At Swirll, Dallas’ only downtown winery, you can sample a selection of wines, choose one you like, don an apron and jump right into the winemaking process! Of course, they also have a staff of professional winemakers to assist you.
After choosing and combining your ingredients, you can return after the fermentation and maturation process to bottle, cork and label your creation! Yes, you can design your own label! According to Swirll, each batch yields 28-30 bottles. Batches you create range in price from $219 to $449 depending on the choices you’ve made (approximately $7 to $15 per bottle).
