No. My Wedding Hero is an online service. All you need is a web browser.

Will My Wedding Hero work in any web browser?
Yes. It has been tested in up-to-date versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mac Safari, and Firefox.

What are the limitations of the free trial?
There are no functional limitations, you have full-access to every feature of our software. Your trial will end 5 days after you sign-up but you can choose to subscribe even after your trial has ended. Your wedding information is saved for 90 days after your trial so you can re-start your plan whenever you are ready. Sign-up for your free trial.

Is the $25 billed monthly?
Yes. You are billed monthly and can cancel at anytime. We also offer discounts for yearly subscribers and reduced fees beyond 12 months for everyone. See more pricing FAQ’s.

I see Paypal is the payment processor for My Wedding Hero. Do I have to have a Paypal account?
No. Our account with Paypal allows us to accept credit cards through their system. If you have a Paypal account, you can use it. Otherwise, you can use any major credit card.

Can I share access to My Wedding Hero?
Absolutely. Our goal is to make planning your wedding a social experience and we encourage you to invite others to your account. There are no fees to add users and we don’t send any annoying emails to your friends or family.

How long will I have access to my data?
We will keep your account active for 3 months after your subscription ends and can also help with any data request after that time, just contact us. My Wedding Hero can even save a copy of your plan to your own computer. You have the option to print out your plan or email it to others.
