Well, we all know there are contests for just about anything you can imagine. So it was only a matter of time before someone decided to let you win a wedding! While I don’t know if NBC 5 (Dallas/Ft. Worth) is the first, it certainly is in keeping with their industry! Contestant couples had to submit video entries that shared why they felt they should be selected. The station received approximately 40 entries!

Four couples were selected as finalists and are being interviewed in live news segments. Viewers can cast votes for their favorite couple starting today at 4:00pm CT.

The website also has some links to local sponsors for the events. (Like the wonderful Castle Douglas, a full service wedding venue. Talk about fairy tale weddings!).
